SaluPaws is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of the dog food brands or manufacturers listed in the app. All brand and product names are the property of their respective owners.

1. Why brand names appear in SaluPaws

SaluPaws includes a searchable catalogue of dog food products so you can quickly log what your dog eats and track calories. To make that catalogue useful, products are listed under the brand and product names they are sold under — for example "Royal Canin Medium Adult" or "Lily's Kitchen Chicken & Veg".

These names are used purely to identify products for nutrition tracking. Their use does not imply any relationship between SaluPaws and the brand owner, nor any approval of SaluPaws by that owner.

2. Trademarks

All product names, brand names, logos, and packaging referenced in SaluPaws are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Brands featured in the catalogue include, but are not limited to:

Royal Canin, Hill's, Purina, Pedigree, IAMS, Cesar, Bakers, Beta, Wagg, Bonio, Good Boy and Webbox
James Wellbeloved, Burns, Harringtons, Lily's Kitchen, Arden Grange, Canagan, Forthglade, Edgard & Cooper, Scrumbles, Pooch & Mutt, Naturo, Skinner's, Butcher's and Barking Heads

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — the catalogue changes over time. The appearance of a brand name or trademark in SaluPaws is for identification and reference only and remains the property of its owner.

3. No affiliation or endorsement

SaluPaws is developed and operated independently. We have no commercial relationship with the manufacturers of the products listed. Inclusion of a product in the catalogue is not a recommendation or endorsement of that product, and a brand's appearance does not mean the brand endorses SaluPaws.

4. Where our nutrition data comes from

Product and nutritional information in the catalogue is compiled from publicly available sources, including manufacturer-published feeding guides and the open community database below.

Open Pet Food Facts. Portions of the product data are derived from Open Pet Food Facts, a collaborative, free and open database of pet food products. This data is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0, and individual content may be available under the Database Contents License. We gratefully acknowledge the Open Pet Food Facts contributors.

5. Accuracy

Calorie counts, ingredients, and feeding guides can change when a manufacturer reformulates or repackages a product, and community-sourced data may contain errors. SaluPaws provides this information for convenience and it may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the packaging of the actual product you feed, and consult your vet for diet decisions. 6. Report an issue or request removal

If you spot an inaccuracy in a product listing, or if you are a brand owner and would like a listing corrected or removed, please contact us at support@salupaws.app and we will respond promptly.
